Domains
If you wish to transfer your domain name from another provider to Speednames, please email the team at domainservices@adicio.uk. You will need to provide the domain name in question you wish to transfer in, along with the EPP Code (or Auth code) for the domain and the first 4 characters of your password.
The team will then contact you to advise on your next steps.
If you want to transfer your domain name away, you have a couple of options depending on the type of domain you have (TLD – .co.uk, .uk, com etc).
Option 1- If your domain requires you to update your IPS Tag, this cannot be done in the customer portal and must be done by emailing the team at domainservices@adicio.uk. Please email the team advising what domain you would like to transfer, and any required IPS Tag updates.
Option 2 – If your domain requires an AUTH Code (or EPP Code), you can do this by logging into your online portal, going to “Manage DNS”, and making a request.
If for any reason you have any other enquiries, please email the team at domainservices@adicio.uk providing your details, and the first 4 passwords of your password and we will do our best to assist you.
If you are an existing customer of Speednames, simply log into your online portal and click the “Shop” button in the top right-hand corner and purchase the new domain directly. This will then appear in your online portal.
