You will need to provide the domain name in question you wish to transfer in, along with the EPP Code (or Auth code) for the domain and the first 4 characters of your password.
The team will then contact you to advise on your next steps.
If you want to transfer your domain name away, you have a couple of options depending on the type of domain you have (TLD – .co.uk, .uk, com etc).
Option 1- If your domain requires you to update your IPS Tag, this cannot be done in the customer portal and must be done by emailing the team at email@example.com. Please email the team advising what domain you would like to transfer, and any required IPS Tag updates.
Option 2 – If your domain requires an AUTH Code (or EPP Code), you can do this by logging into your online portal, going to “Manage DNS”, and making a request.
If for any reason you have any other enquiries, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org providing your details, and the first 4 passwords of your password and we will do our best to assist you.
